Despatch
Orders are generally despatched on the same day as long as we receive your order before 14.00 Mondays to Fridays (excluding bank holidays). Shrimp are only despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery From Monday to Thursday
DELIVERY – DRY GOODS
We use a range of shipping options including Royal Mail 1st Class and next day delivery via Courier (as long as we receive your order before 10.00). shipping starts at £1.99 depending on weight and chosen courier. Live Shrimp are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Generally free UK shipping on all order over £99.
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO) and all PO Box.
Please note: We don’t post shrimp and until we don’t receive a message in ORDER NOTES when you check out with chosen delivery date, when would you like to received your order. We want make 100% sure, someone is at home to accept the delivery.
Live Shrimp
All shrimp will be shipped in a breather bag in a Styrofoam lined box.With this we are able to send out shrimp all year around. Shrimp are only despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery From Monday to Thursday. Delivery can be made Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
DOA Live Arrival Guaranteed
We Guarantee the live arrival of all our shrimps.
All our shrimps are sent with care and are healthy when packed. We will refund or replace shrimp, that have died during transport. If the shimp unlikely arrives died in case of a claim, we ask the customer to supply clear photo evidence of unopened bag within 1 hour after package received.We will replace the died shrimp or send you a refund, dead shrimp only.
International shipping
We ship dry goods worldwide, the exact costs depend on country and weight. This will display these in your shopping basked and/or before checkout.
We offer different service levels from International Standard, which is a non-tracked economy delivery to 3-5 day fully tracked courier shipments.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering from overseas, YOU ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for loss, damage or undelivered packages.
We are not responsible for import tax and duties. Furthermore we cannot take responsibility for lost goods at border control. Please make sure that all goods you order can be legally imported into your country of residence.
We do not ship live shrimp and plants outside of the United Kingdom.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
Cancellation
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours. Items being returned must be in mint condition , in original packaging, and cannot be sale items. Hard goods can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of purchase. We will assess any damage and each return will be handled on a case by case basis. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping the item back and we will send you the desired exchange upon receiving the returned item. Buyer will be responsible for exchange order shipping cost
